Our educational and informational programs and services aim to support you in achieving certain goals within your personal or family life. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes or that you will reach a particular milestone. Our programs and services are provided solely as informational resources. You are responsible for how you use any information we provide and for any results. Testimonials or examples from other program participants do not guarantee any specific results in your own experience. 

Returns and Refunds 

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products or services, please reach out to us at info@bfmacademy.org. However, please note that we do not accept returns, nor do we provide refunds, for any of our products or services. 

Name and Likeness Permission & Release 

By attending any live or online events we host, you give us permission to audio and video record, and photograph you, and to use your name, likeness, audio, video, and photographs of you from the event for any purpose, in any manner, and in any medium, whether now known or developed in the future. You irrevocably grant us the right to use your name, likeness, and any audio/video recordings of you without further payment or the ability to review the final product. 

Payment Plans 

If you choose to purchase a product or service using a payment plan, you are responsible for making all agreed-upon payments. Failure to make payments on time will void your purchase, and no payments already made will be refunded. Should you choose to finance through a third-party lender, including one recommended by us, you acknowledge that you are responsible for conducting due diligence on that lender and agree that we do not endorse or provide financial advice regarding any third-party lender. 

Purchasing from an Affiliate 

We make no representations or warranties regarding the products or services of any affiliates or third-party partners. Any purchases you make through an affiliate or third-party website are subject to that party’s terms and conditions. 

Force Majeure 

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, telecommunications outages, or other events that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations.
